"Website is first rate, always my first choice when looking for a hotel. Prices seem reasonable, when compared with others. Availability of rooms is not always accurate, when we used your website to book our hotel in Hong Kong a couple of years ago we were told no rooms available but another website found us a good room in the hotel for a slightly higher price. You could improve your website by adding attractions available in the area ie bus/boat tours around the city, these could be booked through your website thus helping both the customer and yourselves. We will be consulting your site again next time."
